A trilogy of Alfred Hitchcock movie posters created by Polish graphic designer Michal Krasnopolski for The Birds, Psycho, and Rear Window. The Warsaw, Poland based art director and graphic designer Michal Krasnopolski is mainly working in the fields of advertising, poster design and packaging. In his spare time he loves to watch good old thrillers. As a tribute to one of the greatest directors of all time, he decided to create this Alfred Hitchcock movie poster series.
The trilogy includes alternative posters for the movies: Psycho, Rear Window, and The Birds. More about Michal Krasnopolski – the creative mind behind this series of Alfred Hitchcock movie posters. Born in 1980, Michal Krasnopolski has graduated from the Strzeminski Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz.
Since 2002, he is working in the design and advertising industry. During this time, he has won multiple Polish ad awards. A selection of his graphic work was featured in the book “Two decades of Polish advertising 1990-2010.” You can find more of his designs and illustrations on his website. Psycho – Alfred Hitchcock movie poster. This print is an amazing homage to the thriller-horror masterpiece from 1960.
Rear Window – Alfred Hitchcock movie poster. The film had its premiere in 1954. With this horror-thriller, Hitchcock triggered our voyeuristic tendencies.
The Birds – Alfred Hitchcock movie poster. This illustration is an updated version of a poster Michal Krasnopolski has made back in 2009.
