Chelsea - No dream is too far away

Go get it! No dream is too far away. Trust me I came a long way overcoming many health obstacles and cystic acne, but I stayed determined and worked on it day in and day out and I continue to work on my dreams. I've always been a go-getter with following my dreams, and you should too. The biggest adventure you can ever take is to life the life of your dreams. So if you want to get into modeling my biggest advise is to learn it, put hours towards improving your craft, then when your ready develop a career and business out of it. 

 Can you tell is more about you - how old are you, where from, something about your roots.

I'm 26 years old, from the Hoosier State, Indiana. I've been a go-getter since day 1. 

 Where are you based now ?

Based out of Denver, CO

 Lets get straight to the point - you are into fitness life. How did you find yourself there.

I've always been active and addicted to the fitness lifestyle. Its a huge part of my life since I was young I did sports year round and continue to always workout. The feeling it brings to have health and be able to use our bodies is amazing. I think too many take for granted their health and the ability to move. I want to always be active and feel good no matter what, I think we all should.

 How is that fitness become your passion ? Who were your role models at the beginning and who are they now ?

I haven't had a set role model, I do have people inspire me along the way. However, when I make small goals and continue to conquer them that's what motivates me the most to be the best I can be for myself and others.

 Tell us how is your regular day looks like. From the morning till going to bed. Training, food, relaxation.

I get up, make my meals for the day (meal prep) and make sure its ready to go no matter where I go so I never run out of food and have to grab a processed snack. I try my best on this! I typically am traveling to photo shoots or personal training clients throughout the day. My body thrives around early evenings so that is my workout time. I always make sure to have a good meal with a healthy carb, protein, and vegetable before and after my workout. When my day is wrapped up I usually spend about an hour before bed relaxing.

 Do you have "day off" from training 

Of course, taking a day off is just as important as working out. I listen to my body. If I'm sore then it is calling for a day of rest to grow and those are the times you can see results as well. So I typically rest 1 day a week.

 You have started with modeling too. Tell us more about that.

Yes the fitness industry is what got me into modeling. I started doing NPC Bikini Competitions and wanted to try out modeling as well. So I took a lot of time on building my career with it, learning the business side of it as well as posing/ lighting/ etc, and improving as much as I could with modeling and it continued to take off.

 How do you feel in front if the camera ? Do you like to listen to the photographer or do you like to bring some of your ideas ?

When I'm in front of the camera I try to get into the emotion and story line of what is being shoot. So I look around at the environment, what I'm wearing, any props I'm using, and also what the goal is we are trying to capture. I then try to feel and bring out that emotion and story into the picture. I love collaboration and think I do best when the photographer and I both have input on ideas. However, I am perfectly comfortable modeling on my own with no input and working with what the photographers wanting.

 Advice for girls who would like to follow your steps when it comes to fitness ?

Biggest advice with fitness is to stay at it. Be committed, find a fitness activity you like. I have tried so many things to find what I most like and it always changes, but being active and working on it day in and day out is when you will see changes and you will start to feel healthy and fit.  Plans for 2017.

My plans for 2017 is continue to grow and improve as a person and in my career in both modeling and fitness. I have many places I'll be traveling for modeling so keep an eye out on my upcoming Tour! Then with fitness my goal is to continue to work on my body through working out, eating good, and inspire others by teaching them how to improve their body and health.
