Chloe - everyone has something creative and unique they can bring to the camera
Personally I never thought I’d become a model and I still don’t understand when people say “oh so you’re a model” so it’s all a little surreal for me still..but all I can say is be yourself!
Everyone is individual, everyone has something creative and unique they can bring to the camera, so enjoy yourself and have fun!
I was rather backwards as a child... I always used to say I’d like to be a barmaid and then if that failed a doctor!
I’ve ended up training to become an optician while modelling on the side... so I don’t think I’ve got tooo far from my childhood dreams🤷🏼♀️
I was felt really excited to shoot the twisted line but I was ridiculously anxious at the age time because I would have never of called myself a model in any way, I didn’t really think I had the looks/ appeal for it..
I was sooo stoked when I found out it was gaz who would be shooting with me as he is one of my close friends, shooting with a him made my deep dive into the modelling world so much easier!!
Having someone take a photo of you and show you what you look like straight from the camera makes you realise how beautiful we all are in our own quirky little ways.
In that way, modelling for me has given me so much more confidence in myself.
My first tattoo was an arrow going up my spine when I was 21. It’s a very Cliche “onwards and upwards” Meaning.
@simonbaldwintattooart has done almost all of my tattoos bar two small ones I have on my ankle.
I think of tattoos as an “art” form.
Many of them are how I express my art and mini chapters throughout my life, whereas some are just because I love the design!!
My tattoos have a mix of meanings:
I had my arrow on my spine which I said earlier was my “onwards and upwards” in a challenging time in life.
I have always loved skulls...Weirdly I guess? So I had the idea to have a leg sleeve full of animal and human skulls with flowers and mandalas because I thought I could make it a bit quirky..
I have an eye on the back of my right ankle which I got matching with my best friend to celebrate our first year of optometry university.
And finally my most recent is half of an avocado that I got matching on a first date haha, spontaneous but he’s stuck around so far so maybe it was worth it!
My favourite clothing for a shoot is mixing lingerie with fishnets and jeans because it’s a versatile look and you can easily swap and change between lingerie and fashion when in a busy crowded area haha!
I bring all my own lingerie and clothes to shoots because I need to feel comfortable in what I’m wearing to get the best shots.
I take notes on what photographers want with poses and ask them to pick from the selection of clothing I have bought. I wouldn’t be opposed to wearing something they have selected as long as I felt comfortable.

For the rest of my 2019 I’m planning on expanding my portfolio. I’ve got lots of upcoming events I’m modelling for, so look out for them!
I’m also hoping to get my leg sleeve pretty much finished off, so there will be plenty more skulls to add to my collection.
