Find a style that makes you confident because if you feel good about yourself that’s the only person you really need to impress. There are always going to be people that are going to try and bring you down, and yes it hurts. But beauty is a pain as they say.

Can you tell us about your roots, about growing up?
Growing up in small country town I had the luxury of endless space. I was always an inquisitive kid and also very adventurist just like my three siblings. But living on a Horse Stud there was always work to be done and everyone pulled their weight. It helped me to be proud of my achievements and that hard work does pay off.

What was your childhood / teenage dream? What did you want to become?
When I was little all I ever wanted to be was a vet an I did pursue it while in high school. But then I also started to get interested in the fashion and beauty industry and fell in love with confidence a new look could give people.
Any idols during the teenage period?
Cara Delavigne was defiantly a big role model for me. She was proof that you can still be one of the boys as well as be a successful model! But Pink was probably my biggest idol, she represented everything I wanted to become.

When did you start with modeling? Can you recall your first photo session?
I was 16 when I started to try out modeling and I did my first professional studio shoot a week after my 18th Birthday. It was a rockabilly/ pinup shoot an after that I was addicted.

Lingerie modeling? First experience?
I remember spending hours picking out sets with my big sister before my first lingerie shoot. I was so excited but nervous at the same time. Having my sister with me defiantly helped.

B&W nude photos? Tell us more about that?
I was always worried about how my dad would react to me doing nude shoots. So I avoided them for ages, then I had a wonderful photographer help me understand that nude photography is about the artistic beauty of the human body not about the nudity.
Reactions from people close to you ?
As I said I was always worried about my dad’s reaction. The rest of my family’s seemed unfazed by the fact I was doing nude shoots. My dad was happy for me and supported me doing the shoots but insisted that I insure that my images not be miss used.

Pin Up photos? Do you love Pin Up culture in general?
The reasons I enjoy the pinup style is that it’s so colourful and can go from playful and cheeky to elegant and classy. They are some of my favourite shoots to do.

What would be your advice to young girls who would like to start modeling career?
My advice is if you want to do this seriously is to always be the smartest person in the room. I've been modeling for a while now an have had such great experiences, but I am told by so many other girls about the con artists and other dodgy deals. I always suggest let someone close to you come with you when working with a new photographer and write up a basic contract stating that the photos taken cannot be used in magazines or for profit without your knowledge. If they are professional they will probably suggest you bring someone and have a contract of their own. An also remember that nonmatter what, even if you are paid that you have the right to say no.

Can you give an advice, to people in general, how not to be ashamed of their body? We have published curvy and plus size bikini & nude models, they have had big problems with their confidence before they started to do modeling.

What kind of art, in general, do you like?
I would say I’m drawn to geometric and natural designs. I am really into home décor an am obsessed with making everything stick within a colour scheme.
