Sandra - The real beauty lives inside us
I love to motivate people with my positivity and having a mindset that everyone should do something that makes him/her happy. As long as YOU are happy no one could ever judge you. No one has the right to judge people, about what they’re doing etc.. No one! I am feeling complete with my body, with my mind and working every day being a better person. Trying to make the world a better place with no hate. I know it's far away but I think when everyone realizes that giving more love, more support to each other without hating each other, the world would be a better place. For sure! We should love to be alive and create a life we love to live in.
1. Can you tell us about your roots, about growing up?
I was born in Germany in a small city called Bremerhaven in the north part of Germany. My parents are both from Poland and I also have Croatian roots from my dad side. I grew up in Bremerhaven and was living there until I finished my apprenticeship at the age of 21. I decided to move to Munich to study tourism management which wasn’t my thing. So I changed my direction from tourism into fitness. I started to study fitness and health management and I am glad I did it.
2. What was your childhood / teenage dream? What did you wanna to become?
My teenage dream was to be a full-time traveller for a travel magazine. Writing about the beaches, the cities I’ve visited and exploring new cultures was my dream when I was younger.
3. Any idols during the teenage period?
I was always in love with Marylin Monroe and I still admire her. She is my definition of beauty.
4. When did you start with modeling? Can you recall your first photo session?
I was starting with modeling a few months ago actually, only just for fun. But I am in love to express my feelings in pictures. Pictures tell more about ourselves than words can ever do. Sometimes I look at my pictures and I am trying to find the right caption to it. But sometimes words can not describe how I felt in this situation. Feeling myself, embracing my curves, just being me.
5. Fitness. Tell us more about that - how did you start with it, is it only for staying in shape or you do competitions too? Also, can you describe to our readers your training routine?
In my younger age I was always overweight. Someday I started a diet, an unhealthy diet. I eat literally not much during the day and trained a lot. Thats how I lost 30kg.. It was a bad experience which turned into anxiety. From overweight to anxiety. At this time I just started to eat ‚normal‘ as my doctor said they send me to the hospital if I am still not eating. So I started to eat as a normal human and trained more weight training. This was a very important chapter for me in my life where I realized that our health being healthy in our body is the most important thing. I realized that I destroyed my body during my ups so much that I wouldn’t never do anything like this again.
6. Do you take any supplements? What kind of food/drink would you put on a list like a big NO when it comes to good shape?
I took for a long time supplements. Now I don’t take any supplements because I realized that we don’t need supplements when we are eating healthy and pay attention to the nutrition ‚whats really inside in our food‘. As a NO GO is definitely alcohol. I am a fan of ‚If it fits in your macros‘ because as long as you are eating your macros which you need, you can of course eat chocolate, ice cream whatever.. everything in moderation!
7. Lingerie. Tell us everything about your lingerie passion - modeling - preferences.
Due to the fact that I was healing me with training, with being myself, with being comfortable in my own skin, I realized how beautiful bodies are, doesn’t matter what size you are. Every women should feel good in her body and the lingerie is like the cherry on the cake. Lingerie is for me more than a little bit material. Lingerie embrace my curves, so I feel even sexier. Especially I love lingerie with lace materials.
8. A lot of young girls have problems when it comes to self-confidence because they have weight issues. What would be your advice when it comes to first steps getting into the shape? We all know that fitness is not all about looking fit, it is also a very healthy way of life.
Women are not self-confident because of society. The society gives us a wrong image about being perfect, how a perfect body should look like. But what is perfect, who defines perfect. I would always say a happy body is a key. Your body is happy when you nourish him with healthy food, with positive vibes, with positive people. In general with positivity. I am convinced that women are beautiful when they are pure with themselves. The real beauty lives inside us.
9. Positivity / Mindset. Tell us more about that part of your personality and interest.
