Creo que para aumentar la confianza en nosotros mismos es importante dejar de compararnos con otras personas, es importante entender que todos somos únicos, diferentes y perfectos a nuestra manera, si todos fuéramos iguales, si todos cumplieramos con los prototipos de belleza, sería un mundo muy aburrido ¿se imaginan que todos fuéramos iguales? Bueno pues yo creo en lo que dicen por ahí "en la variedad esta el placer".

I think that to increase our confidence in ourselves it is important to stop comparing ourselves with other people, it is important to understand that we are all unique, different and perfect in our own way, if we were all the same, if we all met the beauty prototypes, it would be a world very boring, can you imagine that we were all the same? Well, I believe in what they say out there "in variety is a pleasure."

 

 Mi profesión no es el modelaje, soy psicóloga, mi sueño de infancia/adolescencia era ser actriz o ser cantante, siempre me gusto Lady Gaga porque me parecía una mujer increíble en sus vídeos su ropa era diferente, era original, en algunos vídeos salía semidesnuda y aunque no es una mujer que cumpla con los estúpidos prototipos de mujer "perfecta", me parecía hermosa, sensual, exótica, divertida y muy talentosa. 

En mi vida solo he tenido una sesión con un fotógrafo, fue una colaboración que el me pidió, la mayoría de fotos que se pueden encontrar en Instagram las he hecho yo. Me encanta hacerme fotos sola, por muchas razones la primera es que puedo explorar los ángulos que me parecen interesantes, la segunda porque puedo elegir como vestirme que ponerme que quitarme o donde y como quiero la foto y la tercera y la más importante es porque la persona en la que más confío es en mi y siento que es una forma de explorarme y de saber que me gusta y que no.
 
        
 
 
Las fotos en toples me parecen hermosas creo que cada mujer es un mundo precioso que las mujeres que muestran su cuerpo son mujeres auténticas, valientes, que pasan por encima de los prejuicios y que muchas veces dejan de lado los prototipos de mujer perfecta, la mayoría de mujeres que he visto hacer este tipo de fotos en Instagram no son mujeres que cumplen con esas "medidas perfectas" que sigue manteniendo la sociedad, son mujeres que ya dejaron de compararse y empezaron a quererse tal y como son y dejar de pensar en el que dirán.
 
  
 
A todas las chicas que quieren hacer este tipo de fotos les diría que yo creo que para hacerlo se necesita confianza, creer en nosotras, amarnos tal y como somos, dejar de compararnos y de buscarnos defectos o imperfecciones y lo más importante dejar de pensar en que van a pensar los demás o que van a decir de nosotras, lo que hagamos con nuestra vida y con NUESTRO CUERPO no es problema de nadie más que de nosotras.
 
Entre mis planes para 2021 está el seguir estudiando alemán, viajar, comer cosas deliciosas, hacer muchas fotos y compartir mucho con las personas que quiero.

I am a psychologist, my childhood/adolescence dream was to be an actress or a singer, I always liked Lady Gaga because she seemed to me an incredible woman in her videos Her clothes were different, they were original, in some videos she came out half-naked and although she is not a woman who complies with the stupid prototypes of a "perfect" woman, she seemed beautiful, sensual, exotic, funny and very talented.

In my life I have only had one session with a photographer, it was a collaboration that he asked me, most of the photos that can be found on Instagram I have taken. I love taking photos alone, for many reasons, the first is that I can explore the angles that seem interesting to me, the second because I can choose how to dress, what to wear, to take off, or where and how I want the photo, and the third and most important is because The person I trust the most is me and I feel that it is a way of exploring myself and knowing what I like and what I don't.
 


The photos in topless seem beautiful to me I think that each woman is a precious world that the women who show their bodies are authentic women, brave, who go above prejudices and who often leave out the prototypes of a perfect woman, most of them of women that I have seen take this type of photos on Instagram are not women who comply with those "perfect measures" that society continues to maintain, they are women who have stopped comparing themselves and have begun to love each other as they are and stop thinking about what they will say.
 

To all the girls who want to take this type of photos, I would say that I believe that to do it you need trust, believe in us, love us as we are, stop comparing ourselves and look for defects or imperfections and most importantly stop thinking about what others are going to think or what they are going to say about us, what we do with our lives and with OUR BODY is not a problem for anyone but us.

Among my plans for 2021 is to continue studying German, traveling, eating delicious things, taking lots of photos, and sharing a lot with the people I love.
