La fiducia in se stesse si acquisisce con il tempo, e per esperienza personale posso garantire che parte dall'accettare la propria fisicità, imperfezioni comprese. Noi donne siamo spesso molto autocritiche a riguardo, ma avere piena consapevolezza anche dei nostri difetti (oltre che dei nostri punti di forza), è la massima espressione di femminilità e seduzione che ci possa essere. "Self-love", amarsi esattamente per come si è, questa è la chiave per conquistare ogni traguardo e diventare giorno dopo giorno più sicure di chi siamo realmente. Ogni donna può figurare al meglio se sta bene nella propria pelle.
Self-confidence is acquired over time, and from personal experience I can guarantee that it starts from accepting one's own physicality, including imperfections. We women are often very self-critical about it, but having full awareness of our defects (as well as our strengths) is the maximum expression of femininity and seduction that there can be. "Self-love", loving each other exactly as you are, this is the key to conquering every goal and becoming more confident day after day of who we really are. Any woman can look their best if she is comfortable in her own skin.

Mi chiamo Silvia, ho 31 anni
Quando hai iniziato a fare la modella? Riesci a ricordare la tua prima sessione fotografica? A che età hai iniziato con le sessioni fotografiche?
Ho iniziato a posare 3 anni fa, quando venni scelta come modella per un corso di fotografia a Milano. Ero emozionatissima e molto timida, non sapevo cosa aspettarmi, ma ne sono rimasta particolarmente entusiasta e cosi, da quel preciso momento, ho coltivato questa passione che mi ha portata a collaborare con importanti professionisti del settore, spaziando tra i vari generi, dalla lingerie al ritratto, sino al glamour che sono senza dubbio gli scatti che preferisco.
Chi è responsabile della lingerie che indosserai durante la sessione fotografica?
Come tutte le donne amo follemente la lingerie, non potrei mai farne a meno!
Scelgo personalmente i capi da indossare sul set e, fortunatamente, ho sempre avuto un riscontro positivo a riguardo.
Puoi dirci di più sull'arte del nudo implicita? La maggior parte delle persone non riesce ancora a vedere la differenza tra le foto di nudo artistico e quelle economiche. Come ti senti davanti alla telecamera?
Credo che la professionalità ed il rispetto siano alla base di tutto. Bisogna entrare in una sorta di "simbiosi" ed essere sulla stessa linea di pensiero per ottenere un buon risultato. E' importante avere una connessione, una forte empatia con chi sta dietro alla macchina fotografica, ed instaurare un rapporto di fiducia è essenziale, specialmente quando si tratta di nude art. Mi sono spogliata su un set fotografico non da subito. Prima posavo vestita, ma dopo diversi set ho provato a buttarmi nel genere nudo ed è stato tutto molto naturale. Non provavo vergogna e mi sentivo a mio agio con il mio corpo. La linea tra eleganza e volgarità è molto sottile, e a volte basta anche solo uno sguardo o un'espressione sbagliata per delinearla. Una bella foto di nudo artistico la si riconosce subito, perchè è semplicemente arte, pulita e dedita al celebrare la bellezza del corpo di una donna, nell' esaltarlo, proprio come fecero Martin Munkacsi; Helmut Newton o Man Ray (per citare alcuni grandi fotografi). Ci vogliono tecnica, raffinatezza ed armonia.

My name is Silvia, I am 31 years old
When did you start modeling? Can you remember your first photo session? At what age did you start with the photo sessions?
I started posing 3 years ago, when I was chosen as a model for a photography course in Milan. I was very excited and very shy, I did not know what to expect, but I was particularly enthusiastic about it and so, from that precise moment, I have cultivated this passion that has led me to collaborate with important professionals in the sector, ranging between various genres, from lingerie to portrait, up to the glamor which are undoubtedly my favorite shots.
Who is responsible for the lingerie you will wear during the photo session?
Like all women I love lingerie madly, I could never do without it! I personally choose the garments to wear on set and, fortunately, I have always had positive feedback about it.
Can you tell us more about the implied nude art? Most people still can't see the difference between artistic nude photos and cheap ones. How do you feel in front of the camera?
I believe that professionalism and respect are the basis of everything. You have to enter a sort of "symbiosis" and be on the same line of thinking to get a good result. It is important to have a connection, a strong empathy with who is behind the camera, and establishing a relationship of trust is essential, especially when it comes to nude art. I undressed on a photo shoot not right away. I used to pose dressed, but after several sets I tried to throw myself into the nude genre and it all felt very natural. I was not ashamed and felt comfortable with my body. The line between elegance and vulgarity is very thin, and sometimes just a glance or a wrong expression is enough to outline it. A beautiful artistic nude photo can be recognized immediately, because it is simply art, clean and dedicated to celebrating the beauty of a woman's body, in enhancing it, just like Martin Munkacsi did; Helmut Newton or Man Ray (to name a few great photographers). It takes technique, refinement and harmony.
