My advice to anyone who is currently feeling low about their body is that nobody is telling you you can’t become whatever you want to be. I personally think body-shaming is getting lower nowadays, in high school you may get nasty comments but that’s only because that person hasn’t matured or grown-up yet to see that beauty is literally all in the personality, it’s your personality that defines you not your looks. I was the same, never had an ounce of confidence, never have and still don’t wear much makeup, bullied in school for being far too skinny yet everyone decided to ignore the fact I was champion cross country runner that did 12 miles training 5 days a week so of course there was nothing to me but the main thing I’ve learned is that as long as you love yourself and have supportive friends and family around you, nothing will ever stop you :)

To be honest with you I feel like women are so ashamed of their bodies. It’s a product of conditioning and society that’s made it this way. I want women to feel empowered no matter their shape or size. No matter how they may choose to express themselves. Some People think we all have to be and do the same things or we all have to look and act the same way. Just because one persons beliefs are different to your own doesn’t make them wrong. No woman should be ashamed of their body. They have a right to do what they want with it.
