    Empecé como modelo en 2019, sin imaginar que ese sería solo el primer paso de un camino muy distinto.

    Al principio me encantaba estar frente a la cámara, jugar con la luz, con las poses, con la idea de expresar algo sin decir una palabra.

    Pero con el tiempo me di cuenta de que lo que realmente me apasionaba era mirar desde el otro lado, crear imágenes, construir atmósferas, contar algo a través de una foto.

     

    I started as a model in 2019, never imagining that it would be just the first step on a very different path.

    At first, I loved being in front of the camera—playing with light, with poses, with the idea of expressing something without saying a word.

    But over time, I realized that what truly fascinated me was looking from the other side—creating images, building atmospheres, telling a story through a photograph.

My advice for young girls wanting to model would be if you want it, work for it and you can have it.

That not only applies to modeling but with life in general. Modeling is a hard industry to get into. You either have to have “the look” or be well connected to really make it to the top.

It takes a lot of time, hard work and patience to be a model. It took me years to finally meet the right person to jumpstart my career in modeling and at times I wanted to give up because I wasn’t seeing progress.

I’m glad I didn’t give up on my dream to be a model because it’s truly my passion. If you’re willing to put in the work and keep pushing through even when it gets tough, you will make it. It’s not going to happen overnight but once you get to a certain level in your career it’ll only motivate you to go harder until you get to the top.

Being a transgender in Thailand for me is so easy. Mostly I can do what I want and I can be what I want to be too.

One major exception is that I cannot legally change my gender to female, and that means I am not legally able to be married.

So far it’s not really a big problem for my life here, but it’s something I hope the government will change. I do have one memorable bad experience relating to me being a transgender...

Four years ago I wanted to have a full-time job and I researched many companies. There was a company that asked me to interview.

I went to the interview but when I got there they told me that they won’t accept any transgenders for work because they were afraid that some of their customers will think that they have unprofessional staff members.

That hurt me quite a lot and was definitely a bad experience.
